Product Introduction

Blue Star Corundum "6-in-1 leveling plaster" integrates the six functions of "dense moisture-proof, no harmful substances are detected or nearly undetected, levelling, scraping, bottom material, and fabric", which simplifies the product variety and Construction Program. The paste is finely formed, and the construction is easy to control. It can be thinly scraped and filled, and the yin and yang corners can be raised. It can be scraped with the mud palm or constructed by a ruler. The projects that do not require high surface fineness of the putty can be used as fabrics, and the fineness requirements are high. The surface can be scraped with blue star steel jade putty paste or glossy putty powder. Easy to polish, not loose, smooth and solid surface, good water resistance, to ensure that the topcoat is firmly attached, smooth and clean.

Construction Method

§ Inspect the wall, deal with hollows and cracks, and thoroughly remove the loose base layer and the old coating that is damaged, powdered, and peeled (slightly loose powder may not be removed, and the Blue Star Corundum "interface agent" can be directly rolled on it) , Clean up old wallpaper, oil stains, algae growth layer, etc., remove floating ash, wash out salting and pan-alkali with 5%-10% dilute oxalic acid, and then roll and brush Blue Star Corundum "interface agent" after drying. Reinforce the base layer flexibly, inhibit the salting-out effect of pan-alkali, or brush the "elastic penetration waterproofing agent" of Blue Star Corundum to prevent the base layer from cracking and water seepage. Even if it is not the old coating, as long as it is not the base layer made of Blue Star Corundum products, it must be rolled and applied with the "interface agent" of Blue Star Corundum. There may be wet and water-seeping base layers, and after brushing the "waterproof elastic interface agent" of Blue Star Corundum, the whole batch of "elastic waterproof paint" of Blue Star Corundum is sealed. § Dry powder: water = 1:0.4, that is, 1 ton of dry powder can be used to make 1.4 tons of finished putty paste; the amount of water can also be appropriately increased or decreased according to the actual dryness; insufficient water will seriously affect the adhesion of the putty. The mixing bucket must be thoroughly cleaned before mixing, and no glue or other putty can be added during mixing.

§ First add four-fifths of the required amount of water into the mixing bucket, then slowly add the putty powder in proportion, and stir with a hand-held mixer while adding, and gradually add the remaining water according to the dryness. For the material used to fill the corners thickly, it is recommended to stir it dry, and the amount of stirring at one time should not be too much; for the material used for full batch construction, it can be properly counted. During the mixing process of the two, scrape the sides of the barrel and the bottom of the barrel for more than three times, continue to stir until it is completely uniform and free of particles.

§ During the use process, the bottom and edge materials of the barrel must be stirred with the mud palm from time to time to avoid local hardening and drying, and use up as soon as possible.

§ When using, be careful not to contaminate any chemical substances and oily substances, and do not add glue or other additives. Once the putty powder is evenly stirred, the paste must be used up within 1 hour, and the paste that begins to solidify cannot be repeatedly stirred with water.

§ The thickness of "6-in-1 moisture-proof leveling fine plaster" shall not exceed 10mm at a time, and the wall curve deviation greater than 10mm shall be leveled with Bluestar Gangyu "Filling King Interior Wall Leveling Putty Powder" or Blue Star Corundum "leveling plaster" (anti- Mildew and water resistance requirements are high, or more than 20mm thick fill with blue star corundum "quick-drying mortar").

§ When filling uneven walls or yin and yang corners during construction in full batches, first infiltrate the base in a small area, then fill it layer by layer while it is wet, and remove the air and gaps between the layers, so that the layers are fully integrated to achieve the desired thickness. Pay attention to flatten the surface while scraping, and then gradually expand the construction scope to the entire wall in the same way, especially for the ceiling construction. It can also be pressed by the side (scraping ruler) to better correct the deviation of the wall curve. Before pressing by the side (scraping ruler), the "interface agent" of Blue Star Corundum should be brushed 1-2 times, and then pressed while it is wet. . If the ideal flatness is not achieved after one pass, you can re-scrape after the previous layer is dry.

§ After the wall is leveled, two additional layers of polishing can be added to obtain a better sealing effect.

§ After the "6-in-1 moisture-proof leveling fine plaster" is applied in a damp and non-ventilated room, the doors and windows must be opened, and all the inner corners and walls should be blown by the shaking head fan until the surface and the core are completely dried.

§ After the surface layer putty is polished, remove the floating ash, and paint it within a week after it is dry. Before painting, brush the blue star corundum "interface agent" with unique penetration and diffusivity 1-2 times, instead of the primer, it acts as a seal and anti-alkali, relieves ubiquitous alkali salting and cracking of the base layer, and reduces the discoloration of latex paint.

Precautions

§ The construction temperature is above 5°C. When it rains during construction, pay attention to closing the doors and windows.

§ In order to reduce potential safety hazards, the total thickness of scraping and patching with putty on the top of the construction cannot exceed 1 cm!

§ The packaging bag is very easy to leak, so it should be handled with care, strictly prevent the squeeze hook, and strictly prevent moisture. When the packaging bag is opened or damaged, it should be sealed immediately.

§ See the product qualification certificate for the shelf life. After the shelf life, the product can still be used as long as it is not damp or clumped.

§ This product is shipped as non-hazardous. Store in an environment with a temperature of 5-25°C, a humidity of 50-60%RH, and no direct sunlight. Unused powder should be sealed and stored after opening.
