Product Introduction

Blue Star Corundum "ecological ground reinforcement agent", referred to as "ground solid", is made by our company using natural plant glue and imported environmentally friendly polymer resin multi-dimensionally cross-linked. Compared with similar products, it has excellent quality such as efficient penetration and diffusion, deep anchoring, and film-forming flexibility. It can block loose cement particles on the ground, flexibly and deeply reinforce the floor, and promote surface hardening. It has good water resistance, alkali resistance and resistance. Salting out, heat and humidity resistance and excellent freeze-thaw resistance, easy to operate. No harmful substances have been detected or nearly undetected, high quality and environmental protection, non-toxic and tasteless.

Product Usage

§ It is used for the surface flexible reinforcement treatment of all new and old cement floors. The treated floor can be tiled, waterproofed, mortar leveled and self-leveling construction.

§ It can effectively improve the flexibility and hardness of the ground cement mortar, and strengthen the bonding force and crack resistance between the old and new cement mortar.

§ It can keep the moisture of the cement mortar when tiling, prevent its uneven leakage, and prevent the hollowing of floor tiles.

§ For laying solid wood and laminate floors, it has a good moisture-proof and mildew-proof effect.

Grassroots Processing

§ Ground debris must be thoroughly removed before construction.

§ The surface of the base layer should be smooth, firm and free of cracks. If there are cracks, please repair in advance.

§ The substrate should be clean, clean, and free from dust, oil, or other contaminants that could lead to isolation.

§ The ground should be dry to avoid water accumulation.

Configuration and Usage

§ Glue: water = 1:1.5.

§ After opening the package, dilute 8 kg of jelly-like "ground solid" in the bucket with 12 kg of clean water and stir it evenly, then apply it to the cement floor surface with a roller or a brush.

§ Dosage: 1 kg of diluted glue can be painted with an area of ​​10 square meters (the theoretical value of painting once), it is recommended to paint twice.

Construction Method

§ Dilute the "Ecological Ground Reinforcement Agent" with water in proportion and stir well, and evenly roll it on the ground with a roller to avoid missing brushes when rolling. After the first coat is absorbed by the ground until the surface is dry, the second coat can be applied.

§ It is normal for the colloid of Blue Star Corundum "ecological ground reinforcement" to precipitate and thicken. It should be stirred or diluted in proportion before construction. The construction will not affect the performance of the product after full stirring.

§ The ground that has been brushed with the "Ecological Ground Reinforcement Agent" cannot be walked on or placed on the ground until it is dry. The ground should not be sanded any further.

§ Under the conditions of temperature 25℃ and humidity 50-60%RH, the initial drying time of "ecological ground reinforcement agent" is 6 hours, and the actual drying time is 48 hours.

Health and Safety

§ Please take appropriate skin and eye protection measures. Once in contact with the skin, rinse with clean water. In case of contact with the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention.

§ This product should be stored out of the reach of children.

§ Do not swallow.

Precautions

§ The construction temperature should be between 5-35℃. Before construction, the ground humidity is less than 10% RH and pH is less than 10. Do not handle and construct on the wet base, and avoid construction in rainy days outdoors.

§ It is strictly forbidden to mix with other brands of adhesives, and avoid missing brushes when using.

§ This product is not suitable for severely loose and damaged base layers, otherwise, it should be thoroughly cleaned and then rolled and brushed.

§ Store in an airtight container. When the package is opened or damaged, it should be sealed immediately. If you find that the glue has deteriorated during use, you should stop using it and contact our company.

§ See the product qualification certificate for the shelf life. After the shelf life, the glue can still be used as long as it has not deteriorated.

§ This product is stored in an environment with a temperature of 5-25℃, a humidity of 50-60%RH, and no direct sunlight; the shipment shall be handled as non-dangerous goods.

§ When using with other products, please refer to the relevant instructions and the "Blue Star Corundum Base System Construction Guide".

§ Due to differences in use environment, construction habits, and grassroots conditions, the performance may not conform to the design. Please reconfirm the product quality before use, conduct necessary application tests, and use the supporting products of Blue Star Corundum Base System. In the case that the product itself complies with the relevant quality standards, the difference in performance after construction and the quality and safety problems caused by the mismatch of the product system do not belong to the scope of quality assurance of this product.
