Product Introduction

Blue Star Corundum "penetrating type" Primer is a multi-functional adhesive compounded by our company using unique biotechnology with organic silicon, vegetable glue and other active ingredients. The "penetrating type" Primer mainly plays the role of deep anchoring and loose grassroots . It has super permeability, diffusivity, sealing stability and alkali resistance, and is suitable for cement mortar base surface and putty base surface. The pH value is neutral, which can effectively inhibit the wall problems such as pan-alkali, yellowing, salting out, shelling, falling off, and chalking. No formaldehyde is added in the whole production process of this product, so that users and contacts can truly stay away from harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene.

Product Usage

§ Use as an interface treatment agent to improve the looseness, powder or sand removal of walls;

§ Penetration and diffusion, sealing and anti-alkali effect, alleviating the salting out of pan-alkali, and reducing the yellowing of latex paint;

§ After mixing with ordinary Portland cement, it can be used as a general binder for composite polymer waterproof membranes such as polypropylene and polyester;

§ Roll brush on the smooth surface of wallpaper putty, which can be used as the base film for wallpaper paste.

Construction Method

★Interface processing

§ Before construction, ensure that the wall is dry, thoroughly remove the severely loose powder, sand-off base layer, peeling and damaged old coating, most new houses scrape a thin layer of putty with good quality as camouflage , should be carefully inspected and removed to eliminate the hidden danger of serious wall problems after newly scraped putty.

§ Smooth the base layer and clean up the floating dust. Prepare construction tools such as rollers and containers. The containers should be kept clean and free from pollution.

§ To deal with the loose base layer, first use the "penetrating type" Primer to deeply anchor, and then use the "surface-fixing type" Primer to solidify the surface of the base layer. For projects with high requirements on the base layer, first use the "penetrating type" Primer to brush 2-3 times. After the loose base layer is completely anchored, brush the "surface-fixing enhanced type" or "surface-fixing concentrated type" Primer once to loosen it. The base surface is cured to form a film.

§ Pour an appropriate amount of "penetrating" Primer into the container, use a roller to roll the Primer in the container evenly, and then use a roller to roll the Primer evenly on the wall. Wait for the first Primer of the roller brush on the wall to dry a little, but when it is not completely dry, use the second roller brush, generally more than 3 times, and then wait for the wall to dry, then wipe the wall by hand, completely. When there is no powder drop or softness, the next process (scraping putty, painting or wallpapering, etc.) can be entered. Otherwise, the Primer should be rolled on the wall again according to the above method until it meets the requirements.

§ Walls that have been rolled over the surface agent should not be sanded.

★Coil bonding

§ Mix the "penetrating" Primer: water: ordinary Portland cement (32.5R) in a ratio of 1:3.5:10. First add 1 part of "penetrating type" Primer, then add 3.5 parts of water in proportion, gradually pour in 10 parts of cement while stirring, mix and stir evenly in the mixing tank until it meets the required dryness (not too much dry, preferably slightly runny as a slurry). The mixed slurry should be used up within 1 hour.

§ Construction on the wall: Before construction, the wall must be flat and dry, first lay the waterproof membrane flat on the ground, and use a rubber scraper, a brown brush or a mud palm to evenly brush the mixed slurry on the waterproof membrane ( Wet film thickness > 2mm, dry film thickness > 1.2mm), and then stick the waterproof membrane flat on the wall, flatten side by side to remove air bubbles, and the joints should overlap each other by not less than 10cm (the intersection of the lower membrane surface should be After the glue is fully scraped, close the treated coil according to the cross distance), and it is forbidden to move the coil after sticking. Apply cement mortar on the surface of the paved waterproofing membrane (in the case of outdoor construction, use cement mortar to add river sand of the same weight as cement and mix evenly and then scrape it on the surface of the membrane), so that it can fully penetrate into the fibers of the membrane In the middle, cover and press the joint of the coil and the surface of the coil (wet film thickness > 2mm, dry film thickness > 1.2mm).

§ Construction on the roof or on the ground plane: first pour the slurry directly on the ground plane and spread it out evenly (the dosage should not be less than 2.5Kg/m2), and then treat the polymer waterproofing membrane according to the method of wall construction and then level it. Spread on the ground, pay attention to exhaust air bubbles, do not form empty drums.

§ Construction on the wall or ground with the old waterproofing membrane base: firstly, the mixed cement mortar should be added to the river sand of the same weight as the cement, mixed evenly, and then scraped in batches to make the base level flat, and wait for the base to solidify and dry. After that, the construction can be carried out according to the above method.

§ Note: A. The amount and curing time of the "penetrating" Primer added to different cements will vary greatly. The user should pre-test the optimal mixing ratio of the cement and the Primer before use, and determine the Check whether the usable time, curing time and bonding strength of cement and Primer after mixing meet the requirements, and then stir according to the determined mixing ratio, and use it up before the usable time. The specific construction method should also be implemented after application adaptability experiments according to the characteristics of different materials and project types, referring to the product description of the coil manufacturer, relevant national standards and construction technical specifications.

Precautions

§ The construction temperature should be between 5-35℃. Before construction, the humidity of the wall is <10%RH and pH <10. Do not handle and construct on the wet base, and avoid construction outdoors in rainy days.

§ Do not mix with other brands of adhesives.

§ This product is not suitable for severely loose and damaged base layers, otherwise, it should be thoroughly cleaned and then rolled and brushed.

§ Store in an airtight container. The package should be sealed immediately when it is opened or damaged. If you find that the glue has deteriorated during use, you should stop using it and contact our company.

§ The storage period is 12 months. After 12 months, as long as the glue has not deteriorated, it can still be used.

§ This product is stored in an environment with a temperature of 5-25℃, a humidity of 50-60%RH, and no direct sunlight.

§ This product is shipped as non-hazardous.

§ Due to differences in the use environment, construction habits, and grass-roots conditions, the performance may not conform to the design.
