Product Introduction

Blue Star Corundum waterproof elastic Primer (elastic penetration waterproof agent) is a high-elasticity and high-toughness single-component waterproof coating composed of vegetable glue and silicone cross-linking. Permanent combination, long-distance active waterproofing, effectively preventing soluble salts and alkalis from migrating under the waterproof layer, fundamentally making up for the defects of traditional passive surface waterproof coatings or coils that are prone to hollowing and layering after a long time. Endows the wall with toughness, strong crack resistance, and effectively prevents wall leakage from damaging the wall. Excellent environmental performance, simulating the selective permeability and self-healing function of biofilm, preventing water, chloride ions and other corrosive substances from damaging concrete structures and steel bars on the premise of ensuring air permeability, adsorbing and preventing harmful substances to the human body. Scope of Application

Loose base layers and various indoor and outdoor building structures that need waterproofing, such as prefabricated structures, basements, tunnels, bridges, roads, pools, swimming pools, pipes, roofs, roofs, interior and exterior walls, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. It has a long service life and can radically cure the stubborn diseases such as cracking, layering, pan-alkali, salting out and discoloration of the decorative layer.

Base Surface Treatment

The base layer must be firm, clean, flat, free of dust, oil, shedding and other debris. To obtain the best waterproof effect, the non-cement mortar layer should be removed. The ground or wall with high backwater pressure (such as the seepage basement or culvert) must be poured with a layer of high-grade concrete or reinforced concrete on the cement mortar structure with the Blue Star Corundum waterproof elastic Primer. Continue to roll and brush Bluestar Corundum waterproof elastic interface agent on the poured concrete layer.

Instructions

§ Dilute it 1-2 times with water, stir it evenly and apply it, and roll it for more than 3 times.

§ Dip the product with a roller and evenly roll it to the cement mortar base surface, avoid brushing when rolling; brush 1-2 times more for the loose base. After drying, wipe the wall by hand until it is completely free of powder or sand.

§ After the brushing is completed, use the brush to dab the product evenly on the yin and yang corners 3 times.

§ After the roller brushing is completed, you must wait until the wall is completely dry and solidified before proceeding to the next process.

§ It is normal for the colloid to thicken slightly in winter, and the construction will not affect the performance of the product after full stirring.

§ For projects with high waterproof requirements, the two-component "Blue Star Corundum Elastic Waterproof Coating" should be scraped after the waterproof elastic Primer is dry. The two are perfectly combined to form a double waterproof system of concrete structure waterproofing + surface waterproofing.

Precautions

§ It should be constructed in the environment of 5°C ~ 45°C, and pay attention to waterproof and rainproof during construction. Within 3 to 4 days after construction, protective measures should be taken to avoid rain and freezing.

§ If the product is found to be thick after opening, it should be fully stirred, and then used after clearing it evenly.

§ Tools and equipment should be washed with water in time after use to avoid sticking.

§ After the bag is opened or damaged, it should be sealed immediately.

§ If you find that the package is damaged, the glue has deteriorated or other questions, you should stop using it and contact our company immediately.

§ See the product qualification certificate for the shelf life. After the shelf life, as long as the glue does not change color or taste, it can still be used.

§ This product should be stored in a cool and dry environment with a temperature of 5-25°C, without direct sunlight. This product is shipped as non-hazardous.
