Product Introduction

Blue Star Corundum "leveling gypsum" is a kind of dry powder putty for interior walls with good filling and sealing performance and environmental performance. No harmful substances have been detected or nearly undetected; the pH value is neutral, mild and non-corrosive, and can effectively inhibit wall problems such as efflorescence, discoloration, salting out, shelling, falling off, and chalking. It can be constructed by leaning square (or double-bar aluminum alloy coating scraping ruler), or by mud palm construction, which can be filled with thick or thin scraped. If the requirements for mildew resistance and water resistance are high, or if the filling exceeds 20mm, the "quick-drying mortar" of Blue Star Corundum should be used instead of "leveling plaster".

Construction Method

§ Inspect the wall, deal with hollows and cracks, and thoroughly remove the loose base layer and the old coating that is damaged, powdered, and peeled (slightly loose powder may not be removed, and the Blue Star Corundum "interface agent" can be directly rolled on it) , Clean up old wallpaper, oil stains, algae growth layer, etc., remove floating ash, wash out salting and pan-alkali with 5%-10% dilute oxalic acid, and then roll and brush Bluestar steel jade "interface agent" after drying. Reinforce the base layer flexibly, inhibit the salting-out effect of pan-alkali, or brush the "waterproof elastic interface agent" of Blue Star Corundum to prevent the base layer from cracking and water seepage. Even if it is not the old coating, as long as it is not the base layer made of Bluestar corundum products, it must be rolled and applied with the "interface agent" of Bluestar corundum. There may be wet and water-seeping base layers, and after brushing the "waterproof elastic interface agent" of Blue Star Corundum, the whole batch of "elastic waterproof paint" of Blue Star Corundum is sealed. § Dry powder: water = 1:0.4, that is, 1 ton of dry powder can be used to make 1.4 tons of finished putty paste; the amount of water can also be appropriately increased or decreased according to the flatness of the wall; insufficient water will seriously affect the adhesion of the putty.

§ First add four-fifths of the required amount of water into the mixing bucket, then slowly add putty powder according to the proportion of water to powder, and stir while adding. According to the dryness of the stirring process, gradually add the remaining one-fifth of the water, and continue Stir until it is completely uniform, and then it can be used; when it is found that the material is dry, an appropriate amount of water should be added. During the stirring process, scrape the edge of the barrel and the bottom of the barrel at least three times.

§ After the putty powder is added to the mixing tank, it should be fully mixed with a portable mixer (it can be processed with an impact drill, mixing rod and mixing blade), and the mixing effect by hand is not good unless the amount is very small.

§ The mixing tank must be thoroughly cleaned before mixing. No glue or other additives can be added during the mixing process. Be careful not to contaminate impurities and other chemicals during use. Once the putty powder is evenly stirred, the paste must be used up within 50 minutes, and the paste that starts to solidify cannot be used repeatedly with water.

§ In the standard state, the one-time continuous batch scraping of Bluestar Steel Jade Filling King's interior wall leveling putty powder can correct the deviation of holes and curves below 20mm.

§ When "leveling plaster" of Blue Star Corundum fills the inner corner, straighten the ink line along the two ends of the inner corner, pop out the ink line on the wall on one side of the inner corner, then fill in the leveling putty based on the ink line, and straighten the inner corner of the surface; After the inner corner of the face is dry, straighten the inner corner of the other face in the same way. When filling the external angle, first use the square (scraper) to correct the deviation of one side of the external angle, fill in the leveling putty based on the correcting surface of the square, and straighten the external angle; after the external angle of the surface is dry, use the same method to correct it. Straight to the other side of the positive angle.

§ Blue Star Corundum "leveling plaster" can be used to fill uneven walls or yin and yang corners during construction. First, wetting in a small area to make a primer, and then fill it layer by layer while it is wet, and remove the air and gaps between layers, so that the layers are fully integrated. to achieve the desired thickness. Be careful to flatten the surface as you scrape. Then gradually expand the construction scope to the entire wall in the same way. It can also be pressed by the side (scraping ruler) to better correct the deviation of the wall curve. Before pressing by the side (scraping ruler), the "interface agent" of Blue Star Corundum should be brushed 1-2 times, and then pressed while it is wet. . If the ideal flatness is not achieved after one pass, you can re-scrape after the upper layer is dry. When re-scraping, the leveling shall prevail.

§ After the surface layer putty is polished, remove the floating ash, and paint it within a week after it is dry. Before painting, roll and brush Blue Star Corundum "interface agent" with unique penetration and diffusivity 1-2 times. Instead of the primer, it can seal and resist alkali, alleviate the salting-out of pan-alkali and the cracking of the base layer, and reduce the discoloration of the latex paint.

Precautions

§ The construction temperature is above 5°C. When it rains during construction, pay attention to closing the doors and windows.

§ In order to reduce potential safety hazards, the total thickness of scraping and patching with putty on the top of the construction cannot exceed 1 cm!

§ The packaging bag is very easy to leak, so it should be handled with care, strictly prevent the squeeze hook, and strictly prevent moisture. When the packaging bag is opened or damaged, it should be sealed immediately.

§ See the product qualification certificate for the shelf life. After the shelf life, the product can still be used as long as it is not damp or clumped.

§ This product is shipped as non-hazardous. Store in an environment with a temperature of 5-25°C, a humidity of 50-60%RH, and no direct sunlight. Unused powder should be sealed and stored after opening.
