"S type" is suitable for small bricks, mosaics and floor tiles with water absorption rate > 6%; "M type" is suitable for large bricks with size < 300x600 and tile water absorption rate > 0.5%; "L type" is suitable for size < 600x600, tile water absorption rate < 0.5% large brick or vitrified brick. The construction process is simple, the control is free, the quick-drying and labor-saving, and the falling phenomenon after rapid paving is avoided. The environmental protection performance is good, and the harmful substances such as formaldehyde, VOC, and heavy metals are not detected or nearly not detected.

Construction Method

§ Check the base, deal with hollows and cracks, thoroughly remove loose bases and old coatings that are damaged, powdered, and blistered, clean up oil stains, algal growth layers, remove floating sand and floating ash, salting out, and pan-alkali Wash with 5%-10% dilute oxalic acid, and after drying, roll and brush the "interface agent" of Blue Star Corundum, which plays the role of flexible reinforcement of the base layer. If there may be damp and water seepage bases, the Blue Star Corundum "Waterproof Elastic Interface Agent" should be applied, and then the Blue Star Corundum "Elastic Waterproof Coating" should be filled and sealed. If the temperature is above 30℃, the exterior wall should be sprayed with water before construction.

§ Leveling the base layer: For walls with a curve deviation of more than 1mm within 2m, use Bluestar Gangyu "quick-drying mortar" to level them. For the specific operation method, please refer to the "Blue Star Corundum "quick-drying mortar" product instruction manual".

§ Brick row elastic line: When the leveling mortar is 60 to 70% dry, the bricks can be arranged according to the drawing requirements. The vertical and horizontal control lines are bounced on the bottom mortar. Generally, the distance between the vertical lines is about 1m, and the horizontal lines are generally based on the size of the bricks, and one horizontal control line is bounced every 3-5 blocks.

§ The mixing ratio is tile glue powder: water = 1:0.25, and the amount of water can also be appropriately increased or decreased according to the flatness of the wall. First add four-fifths of the required amount of water into the mixing bucket, then slowly add the tile adhesive powder in proportion, and stir while adding. According to the dryness of the stirring process, gradually add the remaining one-fifth of the water, continue stirring until it is completely uniform, leave it for 5 minutes, and then stir for 2 minutes, then it can be used. Insufficient can seriously affect product quality. During the stirring process, scrape the bottom and sides of the barrel at least 3 times. After the tile adhesive powder is added to the mixing bucket, it should be fully stirred with a portable electric mixer (which can be processed with an impact drill, stirring rod and stirring blade), and the mixing effect by hand is not good unless the amount is very small. Once the tile adhesive powder is mixed with water, it should be used up within 1 hour.

§ Tile pasting: Clean the dust and mold release agent on the back of the tile, brush the blue star corundum 6-in-1 tile adhesive, and apply the tile adhesive on the working surface with a toothed scraper after drying to make it Evenly distribute and fully penetrate, comb out even and full straight grooves, and then apply the tile adhesive to the back of the tiles in the same way. The tile leveler is placed in the paving process, which can pave tiles with high efficiency and high quality. § Cleaning the tile surface: After the tiles are laid, the residual glue on the tile surface should be cleaned with a wrung wet towel or sponge in time.

Precautions

§ The construction temperature must be above 5°C, the curing time will be prolonged when the temperature drops, and the curing time will be shortened when the temperature rises.

§ In order to reduce potential safety hazards, large bricks should be paved with suction cups and vibrated electrically. After paving, use an empty drum hammer to check whether there are empty drums!

§ The packaging bag is very easy to leak, so it should be handled with care, strictly prevent the squeeze hook, and strictly prevent moisture. When the packaging bag is opened or damaged, it should be sealed immediately.

§ See the product qualification certificate for the shelf life. After the shelf life, the product can still be used as long as it is not damp or clumped.

§ Store in a cool and dry environment without direct sunlight, temperature 5-25°C, humidity 50-60%RH. This product is shipped as non-hazardous.
